This is where I'll gather all of your information to be printed on your wedding invitations.

IMPORTANT: Please input your information EXACTLY as you would like it to be printed!

Be sure to check for:

Spelling errors

Incorrect dates

Capitalization

Punctuation

Once I receive this form, I'll get started on the design of your invitations. When I'm finished, I'll email you a proof so you can see an example of what your finished invitations will look like.

 

Changes: One revision is included, so if there's anything you wish to change after you view the proof, please reply to the proof email with your adjustments. After I make the changes, I'll send you another proof, which will be the final version that will go to print.

Date Examples:

  • The first of September, two thousand twenty-five
